Being Agile – Creating a Responsible & Solution-Based Employee


Grasp the concepts, principles, and methods of Agile development and become empowered to execute your plans for incorporating Agile practices and techniques into your organization. This workshop will give you the foundation of knowledge and experience you need to begin. It is a starting point for you to acquire the techniques, skills, and tools that enable you to build Agile discipline.


In addition to defining Agile principles, we will cover the advantages and disadvantages of Agile development. Get first-hand experience by organizing and participating in an Agile team. Put the concepts you learn to practice instantly in the classroom project. Understand and learn how to take advantage of the opportunities for Agile. Finally gain an understanding and practice the collaboration and communication needed between customer and developers for Agile to succeed.

Methodology


  • Group Therapy Concept. One of the great benefits of group therapy is that as participants interact, they learn from one another.


  • Interpersonal Coaching and Mentoring techniques in penetrating to the root causes.


  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) based activities and games in application of concepts and theories using simulated scenarios.


  • “chalk & board” with Power-Point slides in conveying underlying theory and concepts.


Assessment & Test

  • Participants will be given Pre & Post Test

- Pre Test is to make sure their level of understanding prior to the program

- Post Test is the same questions and level of understanding after the program


  • Action Plan Creation

- This Action Plan can also be shared to the management as part of the growth moving towards a

better employee.

- Personal coaching is an optional to make sure Action Plans are followed through


Duration of the program


Programs will be conducted for 2 days with the main coordinating consultant of the designed program, with more then 40% of the time is to impart the academics and understanding of coaching skills while about 60% is spent on hands-on coaching, observation and self-critique.
