Being Agile – Creating a Responsible & Solution-Based Employee

Put the concepts you learn to practice instantly in the classroom project. Understand and learn how to take advantage of the opportunities for Agile. Finally gain an understanding and practice the collaboration and communication needed between customer and developers for Agile to succeed.

Assessment & Test
- Pre Test is to make sure their level of understanding prior to the program
- Post Test is the same questions and level of understanding after the program
- This Action Plan can also be shared to the management as part of the growth moving towards a
better employee.
- Personal coaching is an optional to make sure Action Plans are followed through
Duration of the program
Programs will be conducted for 2 days with the main coordinating consultant of the designed program, with more then 40% of the time is to impart the academics and understanding of coaching skills while about 60% is spent on hands-on coaching, observation and self-critique.
